Detailed Description / Scope
- Develop LOD 500 BIM models based on LOD 300 models provided by the client.
- Undertake BIM planning, model development, asset data integration, and documentation support across project phases.
- Prepare and submit shop drawings and as-built drawings extracted from verified BIM models.
- Submit BIM models in compliance with client requirements and address comments through closeout.
