Detailed Description / Scope

  • Produce LOD 400 3D BIM model and extract construction shop drawings for architectural, interior, structural, MEP, facade, landscape, and coordination drawings.
  • Produce LOD 500 as-built model and as-built drawings.
  • Attend contractor workshops and resolve clashes.
  • Attend client and consultant workshops and address comments to obtain approval.
