Detailed Description / Scope
- Conduct traffic counts for 33 junctions.
- Develop transport demand model using VISUM.
- Calibrate and validate model.
- Carry out a road safety review for existing conditions.
- Conduct site visits and identify issues.
- Coordinate with MOT, MOI, PWA, and HMC departments.
- Propose mitigations.
- Prepare master area statement.
- Conduct internal and external design workshops.
- Assess external junction impacts using SIDRA and Synchro
