Detailed Description / Scope

  • Develop coordinated clash-free 3D BIM models at LOD 400 based on IFC BIM Model and shop drawings.
  • Submit models and resolve design clashes through workshops.
  • Extract shop drawings from coordinated models and incorporate architectural and MEP shop drawings.
  • Develop LOD 500 as-built model from redline markups and produce as-built drawings.
  • Extract COBie spreadsheets and submit and follow approved BEP and MIDP in compliance with EIR.
