Detailed Description / Scope

  • Provide architectural, structural and MEP design consultancy to obtain authorities approvals for the building permit.
  • Conduct site visits up to twice per month during construction.
  • Approve submitted design changes.
  • Review shop drawings and as-built drawings by the contractor.
  • Review as-built drawings for completion certificate approval.
  • Obtain MME DC1/DC2 approvals after client approval of the initial design drawings.
